always tried to give the best service you can.
You have always been willing to do the best for the patient. For example, one time when my Mother was being discharged
from hospital at about 9.30pm, you said you would arrange for someone to come to her flat when she came home, to put her to bed, and they were there.
I have never had any cause to complain about the service you give. My mother had also said she liked the people visiting her.
